Contact Us

The form on this page is how to reach us, and it is the only line we keep so nothing gets lost between a voicemail and a sticky note. Write what the system is doing in your own words. A tech reads it, not a call center, and writes back with what it sounds like and whether it needs a visit. Questions are fine even if you are not ready to book anything; plenty of people just want to know if a hissing outdoor unit or a wet spot by the air handler is worth worrying about.

What to send us

A few details speed up the reply. Your town or street, so we know where on the route you sit. What kind of system you have: a heat pump, a furnace with an outdoor AC unit, a mini split, or not sure. The age if you know it, or the brand and model off the label. And what it is doing: blowing warm, not turning on, freezing up, dripping, short-cycling, making a new noise. If you mainly want a price, the quote form asks those up front and gets you a written number faster.

Where we go

Home base is Tuscaloosa, and most of the county is a regular drive for us. We repair heating and air across Tuscaloosa County: Tuscaloosa, Northport, Cottondale, Coker, Brookwood, Vance, Duncanville, Fosters, Coaling, Moundville, Holt, Lake View and Samantha. We work Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm, and answer every message the same day. Spring is when the first wave of no-cool calls hits, so a March message about a tired system gets an easier appointment than a late-May one, when everybody's system seems to quit the same week.
